The Riverhouse Suite

The pinnacle of the hotel’s accommodations, the 2,000 square foot Riverhouse Suite is located on the eighth floor of the hotel and features panoramic views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge and the New York City skyline. The three-bedroom, three bathroom suite completely embodies the hotel’s nature-inspired design aesthetic. The walk-in shower and carved granite soaking tub found in the master bathroom creates an incredible nature-inspired setting to relax and unwind.
Furnishings created by local Brooklyn artisans and makers are infused with natural elements, showcasing the intrinsic link between the hotel and surrounding community. Reclaimed wood flooring repurposed from an old crow distillery, naked leathers, and hand-loomed textiles have been responsibly sourced and styled with warmth and character.
Sustainable touchpoints are infused throughout the space, such as Triple Clear filtered water and Keetsa mattresses. Green moments, such as a mahogany tree shading a hammock in the corner and a moss wall in the living room, add to the luxe treehouse-inspired décor.

The Rooftop Pool & Bar

Bringing two decades of nightlife and hospitality expertise to Brooklyn, Matt Abramcyk (formerly of The Beatrice Inn) along with Partner and Entertainment Director Eddie Bilowich (1 Oak and Casablanca) and Chef/Partner Michael Oliver (previously of NOHO Hospitality) bring to you a 4,000 square-foot urban oasis. This luxurious destination features a full-service bar, lounge, fire pits, stadium-like seating made from the original pine beams from the former Domino Sugar Factory, and uncompromised views.
Hotel guests and locals can sip on a cocktail while taking in stunning views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the Manhattan skyline. The roof features a 3-foot lounge pool, full-service bar, fire pits and seating spaces made from reclaimed railroad ties where up to 350 guests can relax and sip craft cocktails.
The party will continue all summer and into the fall when Abramcyk, Bilowich and Oliver will take up permanent residence, running the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge’s signature restaurant and 10th floor cocktail bar, in addition to 1 Rooftop.

The beverage program at 1 Rooftop reflects the local and sustainable values embedded into 1 Hotel’s mission. Supporting like minded brands, 1 Rooftop serves Proud Pour North Coast “Oyster” Sauvignon Blanc (a brand that gives back to the community by restoring 100 oysters to the Hudson estuary for every bottle purchased), while the cocktail list features sustainably-sourced ingredients and spirits from some of the world’s most eco-friendly distilleries such as New York’s Hudson Whiskey, who use locally grown grain to produce their sustainable spirits.
