Last night at the 2017 MTV “Video Music Awards,” stars took the stage with dazzling performances, including host Katy Perry, Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award winner P!nk, Miley Cyrus, Fifth Harmony, Alessia Cara, Kendrick Lamar, Shawn Mendes and more. THE MINDY PROJECT RECEIVES ITS OWN COSTUME EXHIBIT

 


In celebration of the upcoming sixth and final season of The Mindy Project, The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills is showcasing the bold color palette and trendsetting style of the critically acclaimed Hulu original comedy series, in an immersive and first-of-its-kind exhibit curated by the series’ Emmy-nominated Costume Designer and President of the Costume Designers Guild, Salvador Perez, that launched on Saturday and will run exclusively at the Paley Center through Oct. 1. “The Mindy Project”: Six Seasons of Style Curated by Costume Designer Salvador Perez will explore the unique relationship that costumes have played in bringing the series to life, featuring costumes worn by the cast from seasons past and yet to be seen during the final sixth season. The interactive exhibit will also feature life-size episodic photography, costume sketches, and behind-the-scenes video segments that will take visitors inside Mindy Lahiri’s fun, fabulous and oh-so-stylish world. Whether bedecked in dazzling sequined saris, to-die-for coats, or au courant gold unitards, Mindy Lahiri (played by Mindy Kaling) is one of television’s most fashion-forward characters and her iconic style has added a unique and popular facet to the beloved, award-winning series.

French master chef Ludo Lefebvre is bringing some equally famous friends to his Highland Avenue eatery this fall when his 2 Chefs: A Dialogue With Food dinner series returns. Each dinner is slated to cost $150 a head; tickets went on sale Friday. The series (thus far) includes:
