New Lower East Side restaurant, Minnie’s, is bring family recipes to the Lower East Side. Millie Stalling’s first restaurant is inspired by her family recipes featuring lean proteins and market produce; everything is fresh and full of flavor thanks Chef Keller’s Union Square farmer’s market hauls.


Highlights from the menu include Roasted Half Chicken with lemon-sofrito, zucchini and mushroom sauce; Pepper-Crusted Salmon with pickled vegetables and salsa verde; and John’s Burger, with fontina and onion compote on a toasted brioche bun.
