Next Monday, Negroni Week kicks off in Las Vegas with six restaurants and bars partaking in the celebration.
Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay will offer a variety of food and beverage specials during the fourth annual Negroni Week. The transient offerings include Tony Abou Ganim’s barrel-aged Negroni as well as a Negroni and a fried bologna created by executive chef Jamaal Taherzadeh from Monday, June 5, to Sunday, June 11.
Oak & Ivy in the Downtown Container Park celebrates with twists on the classic Negroni ($12) with $1 from each cocktail to benefit our furry friends at PAWS – for a little added ‘Spike’ to your summer. Other options include a barrel-aged Negroni with Bulldog Gin, Campari and Cinzano 1757 Vermouth served with a Negroni Jello shot on top or the Genever and Juice with Campari and Lustau Sweet Vermouth, shaken with grapefruit juice, Marischino and served in a lightbulb glass.
Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons is serving up 10 variations of the Negroni, with $1 from each sale going to the Culinary Institute of America.
Holsteins at the Cosmopolitan has a classic Negroni while The Barrymore will offer a 100 percent GMO-free and organic Bianchi with equal parts, Malfy Gin, Contratto Bitters and Cocchi Vermouth di Tourino. Both restaurants have selected the charity of Outside In, an organization that provides health services and financial support to homeless youth in Portland, Oregon.
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will offer seven variations on the classic Negroni cocktail in honor of Negroni Week, and 25 percent of the price of each Negroni cocktail sold at Ferraro’s will be donated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

• Aperoni: Beefeater London Dry Gin, Antica Formula, Aperol, Splash of Prosecco
• Boulevardier: Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Antica Formula, Campari
• Gioiello: Beefeater London Dry Gin, Antica Formula, Green Chartreuse
• Carmenta: Prosecco, Hendrick’s Gin, Crème de Fraise des Bois
• Chinato: Tanqueray 10, Campari, Cocchi Barolo Chinato – $20
All Negroni Week cocktails will be 25 percent off during Ferraro’s Mezzanotte late-night hours from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
