It’s supposed to be a gorgeous weekend in San Francisco and on Saturday afternoon there is no better place to be than Epic Steak. The waterfront restaurant is hosting its 9th annual benefit for Guide Dogs for the Blind, High on the Hog. The event takes place from 1 to 4 p.m. and features an assortment of pork-centric bites, a craft beer tasting, and wine from Donum, Freestone by Joseph Phelps, and Three Sticks.

Heading to Tahoe? The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe is honoring fathers with three unique experiences. First is their whiskey and barbecue brunch at Manzanita, the resort’s posh eatery. From 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests indulge in a raw seafood bar, carving station, cheese, charcuterie, and more. There is an unlimited champagne and whiskey bar as well as plenty of desserts. For those who want to make dad a special treat, there is a leather keychain class on the backyard terrace. Each guest will learn how to punch holes, attach rivets, hand stamp, and personalize a keychain. Finally, if dad needs a break, the Ritz spa has two male-centric spa offerings including a relaxation massage with men’s pedicure or a men’s facial.
