Last Friday night, the Junior League hosted a celebration in honor of Jennifer Siebel Newsom and Judy Jorgensen. The 12th annual Women at the Center event paid tribute to Siebel Newsom and Jorgensen’s lifelong commitment to voluntarism, community leadership, and philanthropic causes. Notable guests included fashion designer Yuka Uehara, Jan Yanehiro, Lillian Phan, and PJ Handeland.

The Currys Night Out

On Thursday night, Steph and Ayesha Curry delighted the folks at Black Cat with an impromptu jam session at the Tenderloin jazz club. The couple attended Hamilton earlier in the evening before heading to Black Cat for bites and drinks. According to SFist, the Currys enjoyed oysters, kale salad, meatballs, and the saffron chicken. The manager, Khalid Mushasha, shared a video of Curry playing a tambourine, while Ayesha posted one of her playing the piano.

Last week, a group of select San Francisco Dior supporters were invited to the Dior 2018 Cruise Collection fashion show in the Santa Monica Mountains. PR maven Allison Speer, Dr. Carolyn Chang, and ladies about town Mary Beth Shimmon, Sobia Shaikh, Farah Makras, and Brenda Zarate all headed to LA for the Western-inspired show. The chic San Franciscans shared their fashionable SoCal adventures on their respective Instagram accounts. Other locals in attendance? Sacramento natives Chrisa Pappas and Mary Gonsalves Kinney.
