1 Red, White & Ru at Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex
At newly opened hotspot Beauty & Essex, you'll find a truly beautiful drink to accompany the stunning surroundings and even more attractive crowd. The Americana-inspired Red, White & Ru is exclusive to the L.A. location of this national brand (it has locations in Las Vegas and New York). You'll be drinking strawberry & vanilla infused, guten-free Stolichnaya vodka, layered with rhubarb bitters, ginger beer and lime, served with a fresh strawberry. It's sweet, silky, and seductive.

2 Dark Arts at Black Rabbit Rose

Jakob Layman
We're big fans of The Dark Arts, a cocktail that seems to be lifted straight from one of the Harry Potter books, at The Houston Brothers' new magic club, Black Rabbit Rose. This mystical libation is made from lemongrass vodka, lime juice, aloe juice, Chareau and activated charcoal, hence its unique grey color and thick consistency. It may sound kind of weird, but trust us, it's wonderful.

3 Tea's Knees at The Edmon

Jesus Banuelos
Go back in time at The Edmon, a speakeasy-style Art Deco lounge that resides inside the Hollywood Historic Hotel. Built in 1927 by S. Charles Lee, the National Landmark captures the beauty of a bygone era. At the time and close proximity to The Paramount Film Studios, it was home to talented stars of Silent Films. Transport yourself to that era with the Tea's Knees (a play on bee's knees), which is made of Aviation gin, earl grey honey, amaro montenegro and lemon.

4 Rye Pie at Honeycut

Honeycut
Sip your art with this Andy Warhol-inspired drink at Honeycut, which is situated 15 feet BELOW Flower St. downtown. You'll find four artists featured on the new Museum Menu, though Warhol's drinks in the Repetition section are our favorite—they're refreshing, fruit forward, and colorful. We suggest you try the Rye Pie, which is made with Rittenhouse, St George Raspberry, CC Kirschwasser, clarified lemon cordial and simple syrup.

5 Diamonds are Forever at Barton G.

Barton G.
We totally dig the all-new presentation of Barton G.'s whimsical Diamonds are Forever drink. Whip out your iPhone to immediately post snaps of this liquid nitrogen based cocktail, which is also made with citrus vodka and lemonade, and is accompanied by a citrus vodka popsicle.
