Cleo at SLS Las Vegas has a brunch for Mother’s Day that includes a live jazz band, a decadent spread of traditional American and Mediterranean fare, and bottomless champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys—all for $45. Some featured items include a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar; an omelet and crepe station; Mediterranean flatbreads and dips; a carving station; chilled seafood; desserts and more.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas  will honor moms on with a complimentary mimosa and Mother’s Day brunch, served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 14. Executive chef William DeMarco has dishes served butler-style, with continual tray-passed tasting portions served directly to guests. Veal short-rib hash, pancakes with berry compote, mushroom grits, baked potato loaded tater tots, heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, Angus mini burgers, tomato mozzarella flatbread, chef’s selection ham egg flatbread, and more are on tap. La Cave’s Mother’s Day brunch is priced at $58.95 per adult and $28 per child. Bottomless brunch cocktails include mimosas, sangria, bloody Marys, painkillers, margaritas and Caipirinhas made with Leblon Cachaça, all priced at $28. Brunch beer selections include Goose Island Sofi or Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout, priced at $5.

At Hank’s at Green Valley Ranch and T-Bones at Red Rock Resort, Mother’s Day is celebrated with buffet stations including choice of traditional buffet offerings, as well as salads, cheese and charcuterie, griddle delights, eggs and omelets, seafood and sushi options and more. All tables will also receive a fresh baked pastry and bread basket filled with cross buns, sweet cornbread, and cherry turnovers, to name a few. In addition, unlimited champagne and mimosas will be available. The brunch buffet is priced at $89 for adults and $39 for children per person and will be available on Sunday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar opens from noon to 9 p.m. for Mother’s Day with a prix-fixe, four-course meal encompassing favorite, seasonal dishes from each of Italy’s most diverse culinary regions for $49.50 per person. The regular dinner menu will also be available. Each person can choose one antipasto (first course) selection, one pasta and one secondo (main course). Dolce—Italian for “dessert”—provides a sweet conclusion, and includes a sampling of Ferraro’s favorite desserts. All mothers will also receive a fresh, long-stemmed red rose. Choices include eggplant parmigiana; a roasted stuffed pepper with ground veal, eggplant, cheese and bread crumbs; or warm artichoke fan with Castelmagno cheese fondue and duck prosciutto. Next choose pasta Calabrese with homemade spicy sausage, rapini, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil and Calabrese peppers; gnocchi al pesto; or tagliatelle Bolognese. Main course choices include braised short ribs with semolina gnocchi, trumpet mushroom and taleggio sauce; veal scaloppine with prosciutto and sage, white wine sauce and rapini; or Mediterranean sea bass with spinach, olive and garlicky tomato. For dessert, tiramisu, cannoli and pistachio passion.

The Capital Grille at Fashion Show will be offering an exclusive brunch menu on Mother's Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. priced at $49 for adults and $15 for kids. The standard dinner menu will also be available, where mom can order the 8-ounce filet mignon or the sliced dry aged sirloin with a sweet chili vinaigrette and the indulgent lobster mac 'n' cheese.
