For those in search of gourmet bites, swanky cocktails and ambient surroundings, stop by Wolfgang Puck’s Spago for a sophisticated Sip & Savor hour offered daily from 3-6 p.m. Chef Wolfgang’s upscale restaurant is located inside the Forum Shops, a luxury shopping destination at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.
Spago is celebrating its 25th year anniversary in Las Vegas and has revamped the menu to include new items and specials that represent chef Wolfgang and his vision for the restaurant’s future.
Restaurant goers can sit back, relax and indulge in an assortment of cocktails such as the pineapple-ginger mojito and the barrel-aged “old fashioned.” If cocktails aren’t your thing, don’t worry; an array of different beers and wines are also available to quench your happy hour thirst.
It wouldn’t be Sip & Savor hour without the savory bites to accompany your drink of choice. Diners can munch on the flavorful free-range chicken wings, deviled farm eggs with sturgeon caviar, Maryland crab cakes that melt in your mouth, or choose between a variety of gourmet pizzas.
If you can’t wait until Sip & Savor hour, stop by between 11-3 p.m. for the new 3 for $30 prix-fixe lunch menu. Spago’s new lunch menu is offered daily and features appetizers, entrées and desserts to satisfy your mid-day cravings.
For the first course, diners can choose between different refreshing salads and delectable appetizers. Main course options include sea bass, flat-iron steak, and a handmade fettuccini to name a few.
