You imagine that co-founders Craig "Andy" Beardslee, executive chef, and Johnny Rivera grew up on farms in Indiana among Paul Bunyon-types. The portions are massive at the eatery. The pancake takes up an entire plate. Scrambles make you wonder just how many eggs you can cook at once. But the lines waiting to get in let you know that the twisted farm foods within are going to leave you wishing you had brought along a wheelbarrow to cart yourself out.
