The property, recently listed by Corcoran, is now for sale for $24.5 million.
Perhaps more importantly the Cornelia Street home offered was plenty of room for Swift to entertain her pals and family—the 21′ wide townhouse has spacious reception rooms and 5 bedrooms. The carriage house is also rich in architectural details with double-height ceilings, three original fireplaces, hardwood floors and Basalt stone tile floor in the pool area.
