Quick Hits: Miami’s Elite Women Brunch at Sergio Rossi

Wine Women and Shoes at Sergio Rossi

Looking for the scoop on how Miami’s elite wines and dines during the week? With none other than delicious food and drinks, high fashion and killer shoes, of course. Even better, it’s all for a good cause.

Wine, Women & Shoes is Miami’s biggest women-centric fundraiser in South Florida. Shortly after the main event, which took place in March and drew 600 of Miami’s most philanthropic women to Soho Studios, was a very intimate luncheon at Sergio Rossi Bal Harbour hosted by event co-chairs Susanne Birbragher, Yona Puri, and Criselda Breene.

The exclusive ladies’ luncheon was put on by luxury Italian shoe brand, Sergio Rossi to show their support for the cause in 2018. To demonstrate their commitment, Sergio Rossi’s new CEO for the Americas, Marco Felci, flew in for the occasion.

Never missing a chance to help the cause, they turned the luncheon into a fundraising opportunity with a percentage of proceeds going to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, part of the Children’s Health Foundation.

Guests enjoyed champagne and canapés, while speaking with Felci and browsing the new sr1 collection, which was inspired by a Sergio Rossi archival shoe that represents a bold departure from recent designs.

After everyone had the chance to try on their favorite items, the group headed to a beautifully dressed table, nestled in the lush greenery of Bal Harbour shops. An al fresco three-course lunch was served to Wine, Women & Shoes supporters and committee members to toasted generating $700,000 for Children’s Health Foundation, this year, and an even better 2018 with Sergio Rossi. Guests included Padma Vattikuti, Bronwyn Miller, Carol Iacovelli, Lesli Brown, and Eilah Beavers.
