2 Scarpetta
Scarpetta, Italian for little shoe, dishes out Scott Conant’s Italian fare at the Cosmopolitan. No meal here is complete without his spaghetti with tomato and basil, a simple dish that Conant elevates to over-the-top.
3 Buddy V’s Ristorante
Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro uses his family’s vast catalog of recipes for the dishes at his Palazzo restaurant. His lasagna comes from Nonna with Italian sausage, beef and pork, ricotta, mozzarella and provolone.
4 Giada
Giada De Laurentiis chose Las Vegas as the home of her first restaurant, serving Italian fare with a California twist. A favorite? Her lemon spaghetti.
