There are plenty of authentic Italian restaurants in Miami to choose from, but we thought it’d be even better to take a look at those that specifically offer some of the most delicious pasta dishes in the city. From rich truffle plates, to caviar-topped dishes or cheesy creations, each one of these dishes stands out in a unique way and wins our vote for the absolute best in the city at some of our all-time favorite places.

1 Taglioni with Crème Fraiche and Caviar - Casa Tua

This decadent plate is one of the classics of the storied Italian restaurant in Miami Beach, and it is in fact, just as delicious as it sounds. The beautiful plate is made with perfect al dente taglioni cooked in a light crème fraiche sauce and topped with a generous serving of caviar. To complete the lavish dinner, be sure to pair the pasta with a glass of wine from the restaurant's impressive selection.

2 Baked Taglioni with Ham - Cipriani Downtown

Cipriani
If you've been to the famous restaurant, whether in Miami, New York or Italy, it's almost certain you've tried this classic dish. The baked taglioni with ham is an all-time favorite of Cipriani diners, baked to a crisp perfection with prosciutto cooked on the inside and a hefty serving of parmesan cheese. We promise, it will never disappoint.

3 Agnolotti del Plin - Cecconi's

While the pizzas may sometimes steal the thunder at Soho Beach House's cozy Cecconi's restaurant, make sure to not overlook the delicious pasta selection. The standout is undoubtedly the Agnolotti del Plin, otherwise known as the savory homemade agnolotti, a truffle and parmesan-rich dish that comes out steaming hot, fresh from the kitchen made with veal, pork and beef.

4 Linguine Indiavolate - Joey's

The artful restaurant from the king of Wynwood, Joey Goldman, features a delicious selection of home-made pastas. Although each one is special in a different way, our favorite is the Linguine Indiavolate, which beautifully incorporates fresh seafood into the pasta dish, made with black tiger shrimp and a spicy tomato sauce for a kick.

5 Raviolo Caprese - Le Sirenuse

Miami's newest Italian restaurant located at the stunning, revamped Surf Club at the Four Seasons, brings a taste of the Amalfi Coast to Surfside with an authentic menu of fresh Italian dishes. The pastas are, of course, all standouts and made in-house, but the one that definitely will catch your attention is the Ravioli Caprese, which is stuffed with house-made Buffalo ricotta, fresh grape tomato sauce, grana padano reduction and basil—it's even artfully decorated in the colors of the Italian flag.
