The Cannibal/Facebook
Culver City’s The Cannibal is the big daddy of happy hours. Not only is there complimentary self-serve charcuterie at the bar from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. daily (with items like salumi, pâté, bread and butter, housemade cacio e pepe chips, pork rinds, and crudité), but canned beers are $3, libations like old fashioneds are $5 and bottles of rosé are just $20...which means that you actually CAN drink rosé all day (or, for an hour, as it were).

5 Gracias Madre

Eric Wolfinger
Gracias Madre is a stunning vegan eatery in West Hollywood that may, even if you're a true carnivore, make you change your mind about vegan fare. Still, if plant-based isn't your thing, you can still enjoy still enjoy wine, beer and sangria for a song, as well as delicious cocktails like the Purista: tequila blanco - agave - lime - orange bitters - flor de sol. We do suggest you at least try the nibbles though—they're stellar. Fare includes tostadas, gorditas and a vegan take on nachos with tortilla chips, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cashew nacho cheese, *chorizo*, salsa verde and cilantro.
