Haute Top 5: Best Happy Hours in London 2017
1 Bunga Bunga Battersea
Get over the hump with Bunga Bunga, as the outrageously dramatic Italian hot spot puts on a fabulous 2-4-1 every Wednesday from 6pm. Choose from four cocktails including their signature Margherita, Cosmopolitan or a James Bond Martini, all designed to get the party started. The ambience is lively and humorous with everything from Roman busts to Sistine Chapel stairways. It's the perfect place to get tipsy, have giggle and forget about your nasty boss.
2 London Cocktail Club
Suggestive graffiti, concrete floors, repurposed car seats...no it’s not a tattoo parlour but LCC, one of the best spots for a quirky cocktail. Opt for the OTT selection inspired by popular culture such as Heisenberg and Butter Beer. With Happy Hour across the menu, Mondays never looked better. Two cocktails for £12. All day Mon, Tue-Sat 4.30–7pm.
3 Barrio East
Barrio is all about bringing Latin flavor to over-worked Londoners. With four bars in different districts the Shoreditch Barrio East is our favorite, based on its open dancing spaces and large terrace. Amigo Hour runs daily until 8pm, perfect for letting loose. Cocktails and beer are £5 and there’s £5 off select wines.
4 Patch
After a day of frantic trading, London City workers want to forget about finance and focus on fun. Patch is always keen to assist and has become the hottest happy hour in London’s City scene. The venue runs specials from 4:30-7pm every weekday and all day on a Tuesday, when all wines and spirits are 50% off and cocktails are 2-for-1. If you're a gin lover, order the Basilious. Sincerest apologies to the stock market.
5 Mews of Mayfair
If you prefer a sophisticated flair with your happy hour, Mews of Mayfair is your spot. Home to the Cartizze Bar, this hidden gem serves cleverly crafted cocktail on a polished surface. The name Cartizze stems from one of the greatest Prosecco vineyards, so it’s no surprise that the sparkling Italian staple is featured heavily on the cocktail menu. Complement your drinks with oysters starting at just £1. From 5pm-6pm, Tuesday through Sunday.
