The third location of Barry’s Bootcamp on Bush Street in the Financial District opens tomorrow morning. Bay Area managing partner Adam Shane has done it again! The new 6,000 square-foot space has the most gorgeous locker rooms we’ve ever seen with marble counter tops and sleek showers. There’s also a fuel bar that will serve healthy and delicious smoothies. The workout studio fits 50 participants and has 25 state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills. This is the first location to offer power classes that are just 50-minutes long, so professionals who want a quick workout during the middle of the day or first thing in the morning are in luck. “Opening Barry’s FiDi is exciting; we specifically sought out the central location to ensure Barry’s is even more accessible to those who live and work nearby and throughout the Bay Area,” Shane said in a statement. “We can’t wait to expand the Barry’s San Francisco community and welcome regulars and newbies to enjoy high-energy classes that conveniently fit into their schedules. Our talent includes the best trainers in San Francisco who are ready to motivate clients to achieve results they previously thought impossible, all within a social, encouraging and fun environment. Also opening tomorrow? The 40th annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase. Each year a group of the city’s top interior designers get together and design different rooms in a beautiful house, then it’s open to the public for everyone to admire. The showcase is a benefit for San Francisco Univeristy High School. In the past 40 years, it has raised more than $15 million to support the school’s financial aid program that allows underserving Bay Area students a world-class college preparatory education. This year’s house is located at 2698 Pacific Avenue and is open to the public April 29 to May 29. The rooms we are most excited to see? Jonathan Rachman’s living room with de Gournay’s silk tree wallpaper, Catherine Kwong’s penthouse living room and bar with wallpaper by Stevie Howell, and Dina Bandman’s luxe laundry room.
