Nightingale Plaza, located in the former home of Greystone Manor, is a clubber’s paradise. It's a high-energy concept that pays homage to the venue’s native neighborhood, Nightingale Drive, a small road tucked behind the Bird Streets of Beverly Hills―which, over the years, has played host to many fabled after parties. The company enlisted longtime design firm The Rockwell Group to transform the 6,500 square foot space into a reimagined, modernized European courtyard. Upon arrival, guests will enter through three circular, terraced chambers and dance, dine or lounge in four distinct environments, including the main club room, an intimate porch bar, a V.I.P. back bar and a plush outdoor garden oasis. Each space caters to a different social experience, but state-of-the-art technology and an awesome craft cocktail menu—sbe signatures—are consistent throughout.

Interscope Geffen A&M and The h.wood Group have come together to co-create The Peppermint Club, a lounge where guests can enjoy live music in a truly intimate, V.I.P. setting. Custom details like the vertically-layered dug-fir finishes—harvested from a 1956 building on the Sunset Strip—are reminiscent of a classic sound studio and serve to complement the acoustic superiority of the space. The stage, with its Regency-style design, adds to the intimate vibe, as do warm, wood sculptures and sharp, polished brass artworks that mimic the high-end pop art that’s typical of the Woodstock generation. As you might expect from a venue co-owned by Interscope, its sound system is no joke: it’s a state-of-the-art D&B Audiotechnik loudspeaker by sound designer and engineer Demetrius Moore in collaboration with Eighth Day Sound (most famous for working with Drake, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Madonna) for the venue’s live music and playback listening parties. When it comes to the cocktails, expect a high-end libations list with names that pay homage to legendary music industry venues—such as The Billboard, made with Virginia Black whiskey, muddled strawberry, honey, lemon juice and soda, as well as The Fillmore, made with Avión silver, Aperol, jalapeño, lime juice and lemon verbena. Guests will also enjoy lounge-style bottle service in clever seating arrangements, while being entertained by live resident artists and special guest performances. In the end, the area where every Peppermint Patty wants to be is the Virginia Black Green Room (a.k.a. the V.I.P. room), available for artists and special guests only.
