Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse recently teamed up with four of his top chefs to create “Tour de Emeril,” an exclusive dining series with a superb tasting menu at his award winning restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

This extraordinary four-part dining series begins on March 31 at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House and it emphasizes the talents of each chef, as they put their own unique twists on every dish.

Emeril’s top Las Vegas Chefs include Jean Paul Labadie (Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House), Scott Pajak (Lagasse’s Stadium), Ronnie Rainwater (Delmonico Steakhouse) and James Richards (Table 10). These exquisite chefs joined forces in order to kick it up a notch and showcase the strengths of each restaurant and their individuality as chefs.

“There’s going to be different themes, different feels and different vibes for all four of the dinners. It’s based around the scene of our restaurants and what our restaurants are all about,” Rainwater said.

The opening dinner at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House boasts a springtime theme. The first course is a delicious chilled white asparagus bisque with Alaskan king crab, sorrel and fresh shaved spring vegetables, prepared by Chef Richards.

“White asparagus is one of my favorite spring ingredients and I just wanted to showcase that and pair some simple things with it to make for a great start to a wonderful spring meal,” Richards said.

Other courses include a delectable roasted wild striped bass, beluga lentil puree and spring onion with Meyer lemon, prepared by Chef Pajak and a mouthwatering rabbit “Porchetta” prepared by Chef Rainwater.

Guests will finish out the dinner with a grilled Colorado lamb chop, stuffed shank and housemade sausage with fava bean puree and drunken goat cheese tater tots by Chef Labadie. Each savory course will be paired with the finest Huneeus wines to further delight your taste buds.

“We take full advantage of our creative freedom and that’s one of the things I love about working with Emeril,” Labadie said. “It’s about time we finally got together and collaborated.”

Emeril’s four Las Vegas chefs are excited to come together and launch their very first dinner series, “Tour de Emeril,” and they have special things in the works for each of the upcoming dinners.
