The lavish watch party will take place at STK, located in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and as always, Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft will prepare your favorite game day foods with his signature gourmet twists.
The party will begin at 2 p.m. and from the time guests arrive, the food will never stop coming and guests will never stop munching. Bottomless drinks, delectable food and STK’s signature vibe will set the tone for an exquisite big game day event.

This year STK’s restaurant interior will be decked out with football themed décor, along with 17 high-definition 70 inch TVs all throughout the trendy restaurant interior, so guests will be able to comfortably view and hear the game from anywhere.
Bottomless appetizers and refreshing salads will be served family style. Tasty bottomless appetizers consist of light options like the tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, truffle popcorn and spiced nuts. On the heavier side there will be assorted sliders (crab, short rib and wagyu), pigs wellington, potato skins, and a delicious beef tartare.
At game time guests will order their main entrées, which include everything from shrimp ‘n grits, NY steak and fries, smoked ‘n glazed super chicken, a signature STK club sandwich and an End Zone burger with jalapeno, bacon, gouda and onion. Chef Hopcraft’s assorted menu truly offers diversified options for everyone.
Finally, guests can wash their food down with their choice of premium spirits, mimosas, cocktails, and top shelf offerings. There will even be a create-your-own Bloody Mary and michelada bar with gourmet garnishes and an assortment of hot sauces so guests can customize their drinks to their liking.
