We received more than a foot of snow over the weekend here in Boston that is continuing through today, but that didn’t stop style mavens from hitting the town Saturday night for the Project Runway Designer Showcase held at the W Hotel. Voge Fashion Runway presented the haute fashion show featuring designers like Casa de Angelina, Martha Jackson, Irina Gorbman and Najah Muhammad.
One of the coolest ways to enjoy all of this snow we are continuing to have is from high atop The Envoy Hotel – in an igloo. The hotel unveiled this chic haute spot over the weekend where you can sip on cocktails with up to eight of your friends (for up to two hours at a time) and chill out in one of six heated and lit igloo pods. The cozy igloos are located at the Lookout Rooftop & Bar and are available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. There are no reservations accepted so be sure to arrive early as it’s first come, first serve.
