Now that the holidays are officially over and New Year’s resolutions made, it’s time to start 2017 off with a healthier routine. An energetic way to do just that is by signing up with Cardio High where group fitness interval training is combined with low impact and high intensity movements. The focus here is on finding a program that is right for you. Each personal trainer designs workouts for individual members so they can train at their own pace. Even though the fitness program operates in a group setting with a maximum class size of 12, participants receive personalized attention to get them on the proper health track.
