Celebrity Caterer Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs has masterminded countless posh events in New York, the Hamptons, and just about everywhere in the metro area where the word black tie appears on an invite. Among her clients: Mariah Carey, Kevin Spacey, Mitt Romney, P. Diddy, Billy Joel, Jimmy Fallon and Brooke Shields. How is that for range?
