The tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere – the 1,396 foot-high 432 Park Avenue building in New York – will house Swiss horologer Richard Mille’s inaugural boutique in the Big Apple.

To open in the fall of 2017, the boutique will occupy a 5,000 square-feet street-level space on the retail side of the 96-floor 432 Park Avenue. A neighbor-to-be of Trump Tower, the store’s address reads 46 East 57th Street. Representing Richard Mille in the fulfillment of the top-location lease are luxury consultancy firm Thor Retail Advisors and New York-based legal company Pryor Cashman.

The announcement comes five years after Richard Mille launched its first boutique in the US. In 2011, it arrived on the most coveted street of Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive. Since then, the luxury watchmaker – known for its limit-piece collections – has expanded its presence across North America, opening stores in Aspen, Bal Harbour, Las Vegas, Miami and St. Barth.

Currently, the retail boutiques Material Good, Cellini Madison and Cellini Park Avenue carry Richard Mille watches in New York.
