It’s an thrilling week for Neiman Marcus shoppers. The San Francisco department store is launching two cool new ventures. The first is a partnership with Rent the Runway. The rental commerce platform will have a boutique on the 5th floor with a dream closet of designer dresses, jumpsuits, jewelry, and other accessories. The selection of clothing will rotate on a regular basis and features Rent the Runway’s inventory of designers that includes Suno, Proenza Schouler, Marni, Elizabeth & James, Jason Wu, and Diane von Furstenberg. The boutique also has a handful of fun services. Customers can book a styling session appointment, access the Rent the Runway app, and swap their clothing with pieces that they have ordered online. Don’t have time to get up to the 5th floor? Arrange for a a street-level hand-delivery of your dress while you’re passing Neimans on your way to work. If you’re too busy to browse the assortment of dresses, a stylist can prepare a dressing room with suggested pieces.

The second initiative is NaturaBissé’s two day pop-up.  This Thursday, December 8 through Saturday, December 10, the Barcelona skincare brand is bringing their Pure Air Bubble to a private room on the fifth floor. The bubble is the latest in cosmetic technology. It’s an isolated area where the air is 99.995% pure and completely free of viruses, bacterias, allergens, and pollutants. The air maximizes the effects of the treatment, be it a facial or body work. Essentially, it’s an inflatable bubble that encourages an ultimate state of relaxation.
