Four New Cocktails to Guarantee a Very Merry Holiday

With the most wonderful–and booziest–time of the year finally here, you may want to take the opportunity during the season of making merry to do so with–and to serve your guests–some great new cocktails. We turned to the dynamic mixology duo Parker Boase and Gregory Lucas from Liquid Lab NYC, the Williamsburg, Brooklyn-based firm known for its innovative approach to mixology, for some fresh libation ideas. “We wanted to play with classic holiday flavors and colors in a fun and sophisticated way, and experiment with our favorite flavors such as fresh cranberries, agave, and herbs,” Boase and Lucas told us. “Winter is a wonderful time for bizarre, robust produce, fun garnishes, and spices. The cocktails were designed for either sitting by the fire and sipping slowly, or having a celebratory drinks with friends at a wild holiday event.”
