The new Dream Hollywood hotel, which is slated to open in early 2017, will be located in the heart of Hollywood on the buzzing corner of Selma Ave. and N. Cahuenga Blvd., and will be flanked by a pedestrian walkway linking the hotel and adjacent restaurant and nightlife venues operated by a world-class hospitality partner, transforming nearly half a city block into a communal gathering space.

The 178-room destination, as designed by award-winning Rockwell Group and inspired by architect Richard Neutra’s work, will feature double-height ceilings, plush interiors, garden inspired pathways and trellis lighting, creating the perfect blend of hyper-chic and comfort.

There is also an 11,000-square-foot rooftop with a pool and a nightclub venue that will be topped with a retractable roof. According to Dream Hotel Group’s Chief Development Officer, David Kuperberg, leading nightlife company Tao Group will anchor the hotel’s food and beverage program.

The Dream Hotel Group currently owns and operates properties in New York City, Miami and in Thailand (Phuket and Bangkok).
