How long have you lived in Miami? I first moved here in early 80’s from San Francisco—we (husband of 33 years) moved back to California and returned to Miami –have lived in both Miami and Manhattan for years now, but certainly love Miami the best! (Plus, our gorgeous son, Zack, just moved here from New York)
What is your neighborhood? Key Biscayne
Occupation? Stylist, Fashion Event Director
Favorite restaurant? TWO: I love both, and both are SO different: Plant Food + Wine at Sacred Space and Michaels in Design District
Best brunch? Soho House
Best Place for a Power business meeting? Michaels in the Design District….
All-Around Favorite place in Miami? Sacred Space entire environment.
Which hotel do you recommend for out of town guests? Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour or Ritz Carlton South Beach
Favorite place to shop? Miami Design District!!!
Favorite place to buy jewelry? Shiroiy D Cama and YVEL in the Design District
Favorite watch brand? Cartier
Favorite spa? Still looking—My pal, Adrienne bon Haes & I treat each other to spas for our Birthdays…we are on the hunt for the best at this moment…any ideas?
Favorite Steakhouse? Quality Meats in Miami Beach-Craig Koketsu is the Executive Chef, and a wunderkind!
Favorite gym? Speed House! Intense NEW Spinning Studio-1325 NE 1st Ave. Miami, FL 33132
Best massage? My masseuse comes to my house…am reluctant to say! (as the last masseuse I recommended got whisked away to LA by one of my celebrity clients!). LOL.
What is the best neighborhood in Miami? I love what’s happening in Wynwood, Midtown and Design District. It gives us such credibility with the rest of the world to be growing at this rate, especially culturally..
Best Salon? I have been rocking a “John Barrett-Bergdorf Blonde bob” in New York for many years, but I’ve have amazing experiences at a few Miami salons, namely Danny Jelaca in Miami Beach and Rik Rak on Brickell.
