An Evening Jet-Setting with Hublot at Zuma Miami

Luxury Swiss watch brand Hublot invited guests to an evening of global jet-setting at downtown Miami hotspot, Zuma, creating a dynamic partnership for a culturally rich evening. Here, guests were able to embark on a global culinary journey while exploring some of Hublot’s unique timepieces that were flown in from all around the globe.

Each remarkable piece was expertly paired with cuisine from Zuma’s corresponding international hotspots. To complete the luxury experience, a beautiful Hulot-branded VanDutch yacht, Big Bang, was on site, where guests were able to admire additional pieces on display while sipping on champagne on the yacht. Haute Living served as the exclusive media partner for the event.

Throughout the cocktail area of the private patio space, global timepieces were on display. These included Hublot’s: Rome – Big Bang Ferrari Italian 45MM; Miami – Big Bang Ferrari 305 Titanium; Las Vegas – Classic Fusion Chronograph Lucky #7 (Zuma Las Vegas coming soon); London – Classic Fusion Chronograph Chelsea 45MM; Istanbul – Classic Fusion Turkish Coffee; Hong Kong – Classic Fusion Monkey.

As guests admired the special timepieces, they indulged in delectable international bites from Zuma including a salmon tataki seared with shiso, lime-soy, sesame and mustard miso on a crispy sweet potato; crispy calamari with green chili and lime; tomato and eggplant salad; beef tartar with savory truffle pepper vinaigrette; spicy tuna maki with green chili, spicy mayo and tobiko; beef skewers with shishito pepper and smoked chili soy; seabass tempura with umeboshi and tentsuyu sauce; and chicken yakitori with baby leek. All of these unique flavors can be found at Zuma’s various destinations around the world. The evening was made complete with the backdrop of Miami’s beautiful skyline.
