In an ideal world we would all live at a place like The Harrison. With gorgeous one-, two-, and three- bedroom luxury units, stunning views of the bay, a 24-hour lobby attendant, 49th floor lounge, and sumptuous interiors designed by Ken Fulk, there is lots to love about the new tower. The building, which is 80% completed, owned by Maximus Real Estate Partners, and located in Rincon Hill, is now accepting residents. If you’re in the market for a pied-à-terre, we highly recommend you book a meeting with the Harrison’s sales team. Here’s why.

Although the tower is located right next to the Interstate 80 freeway, once you set foot inside The Harrison, all the sound from the city vanishes. Interior designer Ken Fulk’s office is often referred to as the Magic Factory and after seeing his gorgeous designs at The Harrison, it’s safe to say that Fulk is a wildly capable magician. There is a breathtaking otherworldliness to the entrance. It’s not just a lobby—it’s more of a grand salon or library. The floor is black, white, and jade green marble, several walls are covered with books, a vintage piano sits next to the front desk (which is essentially a black lacquer box with windows in the middle of the space), large pieces of art hang from the massive taupe walls, and tasteful sofas anchor the space. “I strived to create an experience that feels like a life well lived. That by living at The Harrison, you have the keys to the best of the city,” Fulk said in a statement. “The public spaces at The Harrison are designed to reflect a grand private residence, rather than a typical amenity area, and is deeply personal with one-of-a-kind furnishings, collected objects, and curated art. The rooms reflect old world San Francisco with its continental flair and elegance, while modern and fresh at the same time. These rich and sophisticated spaces are a reflection of our city’s position today amongst the great cities of the world.”

The Harrison offers an assortment of upscale amenities like an onsite concierge in partnership with Luxury Attaché, state-of-the-art fitness center that overlooks an urban park, doorman, 7th floor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor terraces, valet, pantry that’s stocked with snacks, fruit, and a variety of pastries, and Uncle Harry’s— a top floor residents-only club that promises to dazzle. The 298 units are equipped with diagonal plank oak floors, custom brass and casted wall sconces, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bertazzoni range, Bosch dishwasher, gold hardware, and Carrara marble tops. Once completed Uncle Harry’s will be a bar and sitting area with unparalleled views of the entire bay and San Francisco. As you sip a glass of red wine on The Harrison’s top floor taking in the sparkling city below, you can’t help but think that life at The Harrison is a life above.
