1 The BungalowThe Bungalow
The Bungalow is your home away from home. You might have to wait in line for a few hours, but once you do, this place is magic. Brent Bolthouse's Santa Monica hideaway at The Fairmont boats fire pits, pool tables, a house you can get lost in, twinkly lights, ping pong, a secret garden, dark corners and all the essentials you need for the best house party ever—give or take the runway models you'd normally only see on TV.

2 High Rooftop Lounge at Hotel Erwin
High is the perfect place to soak in the SoCal sunset with a cocktail in hand. Head to Hotel Erwin's rooftop and watch the sun sink over the horizon. Given that it's the only rooftop lounge in Venice, you might have to fight for a spot...but hey, sharing's caring!

3 Monarch Bay Club at The St. Regis Monarch Beach
The Monarch Bay Club is NOT your standard bar. This upscale establishment located at the St. Regis Monarch Beach is a private club (also located on a private beach) that offers an upscale, elevated experience for those with upper class tastes. Sit back and relax here after a game of golf with champagne or whisky in hand while you quietly reflect that 'Damn, isn't life GOOD?'

4 Splashes Restaurant at Surf & Sand Resort
At Splashes, there's a little something for everyone. It's beautiful, right on the ocean, and is both upscale and unpretentious at the same time --- no mean fete for Southern California, let us tell you. There are craft bear flights along with days dedicated to oysters and champagne, a tiki bar, live music and a plethora of seasonal cocktails at Sunday brunch that will wet your whistle and keep you smiling. It's an experience to be enjoyed and shared by all.

5 The Strand HouseThe Strand House
Down at the beach, overlooking the Pacific Ocean,The Strand House rises elegantly and iconically above the breakers. It's absolutely a luxe spot, albeit one with a beachy vibe, so glamazons coming straight off the beach won't feel uncomfortable in their beach chic Eres gear. Grab a booth by the big bay windows downstairs as you watch the sun set with a martini in hand (they're fabulous here) and make friends with your very attractive neighbor; it's just that kind of place.
