With an array of dishes to accommodate almost any craving, Chef Robbyns Martinez meticulously prepares every platter to perfection. Blackened tuna is delicately placed on top of the tortilla with Asian slaw, avocado, crispy rice noodles, spicy mayo and mandarin oranges — creating Tacocraft’s signature #1 Ahi Tuna Taco where every bite will leave your mouth watering and craving more. For dessert, make sure to order the Homemade Churros with dulce de leche and chocolate dipping sauces to top off your meal.

Although a taqueria at heart, Tacocraft’s menu also includes signature vegan friendly dishes rich in flavor. Refreshingly light, the Quinoa Salad is made with avocado, charred corn, radish, black beans, red onion, tomato and chili citrus vinaigrette. However if you are craving tacos, the Kale & Sweet Potato Taco is perfect for you.

Cocktails are carefully crafted and the liquor is expertly selected. Nicolas Carmona, General Manager and mastermind behind some of Tacocraft’s signature cocktails said “our handcrafted cocktails definitely go hand in hand with our handcrafted tacos, creating the ultimate Tacocraft experience.”

With over 150 tequilas to choose from, make sure to try the Smokey Bandito, one of Carmona’s signature drinks inspired by his recent trip to the Yucatán. “I was [there] for a wedding and felt inspired by all these smoky mezcal I was drinking in these little pueblos and essentially wanted to create a smoky cocktail but made sure to steer clear of creating a spirit-forward cocktail like an Old Fashioned,” he said. Made with grum reposado mezcal, smoked paprika infused passion fruit, fresh lime juice, agave and a chipotle cinnamon rim, Carmona was able to create a refreshing cocktail drink where “if you bring your nose to it, you should get a smoky spice scent and taste with your tongue on the rim.”

The best part yet? Tacocraft is open until 2 a.m. — and so is its kitchen, making it the perfect haute spot for a late night out in town.
