Raise a glass or bottle at their outdoor grill with a special menu of small celebratory plates du jour or celebrate over dinner in the second floor Bistro, where you can enjoy a "toast and a taste". Thomas Keller's fabulous Beverly Hills eatery will present Tarte Flambée as a blackboard special to start the meal off right. The thin crust appetizer will be baked to perfection and topped with fromage blanc, thinly sliced onions and lardons. Beignets, truffle popcorn and the Bouchon Hot Dog with cornichon relish, Dijonaisse and pretzel bread are also being served.

Last year, Michelin star chef Dominique Crenn was on-site to prepare dishes at the eatery that Kris Morningstar owns with Frenchmen Stephane Bombet and François Renaud. This French bistro located on the ground floor of the original NABISCO bakery and offices (the former home of the National Biscuit Company) is offering Bastille Day dishes including Tartiflette, the French answer to mac and cheese, a potato dish of layered slices of potato with caramelized onion, bacon, and cheese, or a Salade Lyonnaise, frisee salad with bacon lardon, a warm soft poached egg, and crostini, as well as Trout Almondine, rainbow trout served with brown butter, almonds slices, and haricot vert, and finally Duck Confit, served with eggplant, zucchini, tomato, pickled grapes and duck jus.
