While her husband, Stephen Curry, is recovering from the disheartening NBA finals loss, Ayesha Curry is full steam ahead with her culinary world takeover. Earlier this week, the aspiring cook announced a new meal delivery service called Gather via her Instagram page. “I am so thrilled to announce the launch of my very own meal-kit company, Gather!” she said. “Gather will be delivering fresh ingredients, based around my favorite recipes and easy meals I prepare for my family including wonderful choices of home prepared baby food, to your doorstep each week! I can’t wait for us to Gather together!”

We reached out to Curry to find out more details about the service. Gather has seven different kitchens throughout the U.S. and the food will feature Ayesha’s easy-to-make recipes using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. She’s most excited about the baby food portion of the meal plan. “The baby food add-on is for new moms and people with young babies. This is something that no other company, like Blue Apron or Hello Fresh, is doing,” she explained over a phone call. “Whatever vegetable or meal the adults are having, it’s already prepared for the baby in the form of baby food. For me, this component is something that I wish was around when my kids were super little. It takes away the worry of steaming the baby food while you are cooking dinner. It’s just one less step that people will have to worry about.”

The Gather venture is part of a series of culinary world moves Curry has recently made. She’s currently cooking Wednesday through Saturdays at a restaurant pop-up, International Smoke, a collaboration with chef Michael Mina. Her first cookbook comes out in September and a Cooking Channel show is in the works. Curry also has a line of olive oil made in Northern California and is the ambassador for a brand of vegan, ready to drink soups, Züpa Noma.
