Now it’s being announced that the celebrity couple is back at it again. This time around, they are looking to sell their mansion in Beverly Hills for almost $13 million more than it was purchased for.
Purchased by Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine in October 2012 for $4,830,000, the historic home in the exclusive Wallingford Estates is now being offered at the price of $17,500,000.
With 7,100 square feet of space, the one-level, single-family home is situated on a 3.68-acre size lot. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer both panoramic views of Benedict Canyon and the beautiful grounds, while a long gated driveway allows privacy for residents.
The spacious five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence of the Grammy Award-winning singer and his pregnant Victoria’s Secret model wife has a living/great room that has been considered to be “one of the best and most dramatic” throughout all of Los Angeles. It also boasts a two-level car collector’s garage that is equipped with an elevated lift and speakeasy card room.
