Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s Beverly Hills Mansion Is on the Market for $17.5M

It was only about two months ago that we reported that Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo were looking to sell their SoHo loft for about one million dollars more than they had originally paid it for. Now it’s being announced that the celebrity couple is back at it again. This time around, they are looking to sell their mansion in Beverly Hills for almost $13 million more than it was purchased for.

Purchased by Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine in October 2012 for $4,830,000, the historic home in the exclusive Wallingford Estates is now being offered at the price of $17,500,000.

With 7,100 square feet of space, the one-level, single-family home is situated on a 3.68-acre size lot. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer both panoramic views of Benedict Canyon and the beautiful grounds, while a long gated driveway allows privacy for residents.

The spacious five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence of the Grammy Award-winning singer and his pregnant Victoria’s Secret model wife has a living/great room that has been considered to be “one of the best and most dramatic” throughout all of Los Angeles. It also boasts a two-level car collector’s garage that is equipped with an elevated lift and speakeasy card room. A gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, a media/screening room, a den/library, a separate gym/spa, and a hot tub/spa can also be found throughout the lavish pad. Guests can find outdoor entertainment via the swimming pool and championship-sized tennis court.

Built in 1940, the mansion has received renovations over the years, and is said to have been “completely rebuilt in every detail with architectural perfection and timeless style.”
