Haute 100: Robert De Niro, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon & More Honored at the 10th Annual “Guys Choice” Awards

Over the weekend, the cast of the classic film, Casino, as well as a Hollywood’s leading men all gathered at the 10th Annual “Guys Choice” Awards. The “Rat-Pack” themed award show was tapped in Las Vegas on Saturday, June 4th.

The legendary cast mates of Casino, Haute 100 lister Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci received the prestigious entry into the “Guy Movie Hall of Fame” at Spike’s annual celebration of comedic genius, legendary entertainers, and superstar athletes. In a statement released by the network, Executive Producer Casey Patterson said, “Casino is a classic film that is not only sacred to our audience, but inspired the theme of the night. We wanted to wait for a special occasion to induct the iconic film into our Guy Movie Hall of Fame, and having De Niro and Pesci reunite on the stage for a special introduction will undoubtedly be one of the not to be missed moments from the evening.”

Past recipients of the “Guy Movie Hall of Fame” includes Goodfellas, Swingers, Old School, and There’s Something About Mary.  

In addition, Haute 100 listers Ben Affleck and Matt Damon were honored with the “Guys of the Decade” Award. The qualifications for the most coveted award of the night are unclear, but it is one of the high honors the network gives out.

Other highlight of the night includes James Franco, who took home “Virtuoso Award” and Olivia Munn, who accepted the “Jean Claude Gahd Dam Award.” Presenters included Christian Slater, Dermot Mulroney, Norman Reedus, Chrissy Teigen, and Terry Crews, while those who simply attended the event were Chris Hemsworth, Gigi Hadid, Anna Kendrick, among others.

Robin Thicke and Andra Day performed their chart-topping singles.

To see the bromance in full effect, the 10th Annual “Guys Choice” Awards will air Thursday, June 9th at 9:00 PM, ET/PT on Spike.
