Here are our picks for the five hautest ways to celebrate your dear old dad in the City of Angels this Father’s Day.

1 Baltaire

At Brentwood’s classic-meets-contemporary steakhouse Baltaire, Chef Travis Strickland is pulling out all the stops with an indulgent and hearty Father’s Day buffet brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – perfect for enjoying on the restaurant’s expansive terrace. Dad can feast like a king with a carving station featuring USDA Prime Rib, Glazed Nueske Spiral Ham, and Leg of Lamb; Prime Filet Eggs Benedict with housemade English muffins; French Toast with spring berry compote; an extravagant iced shellfish station with fresh oysters, shrimp, scallop ceviche, and king crab; plus more. Manhattan, Bloody Mary, and canned beer carts will also be roaming around the restaurant.

2 Mr. C Beverly Hills

Mr. C invites dads to relax and rejuvenate from head to toe. While sipping a crisp, Italian Peroni Nastro Azzurro, your father can enjoy a Peroni-infused pedicure at the same time! A hot foot bath combined with the beer provides great health benefits. The hops and the alcohol have antibacterial properties, while the yeast helps the pH balance of the feet. After, dad will receive a Gentlemen’s Man-icure utilizing the spa’s special housemade cedar, sage, and Italian bergamot hand and foot scrub; followed by a private eucalyptus steam room session and an ESPA Age Rebel Facial, including a signature ESPA scalp massage.

BABOR’s exclusive skincare line for men, with a 50 minute facial customized to the needs of the male skin, followed by a 50 minute Vital Aktiv Relaxing Back massage reviving even the most tired bodies. To complete the overall experience, guests can enjoy a complimentary drink and indulge in special treats made by Executive Pastry Chef, Thomas Henzi.

4 La Dolce Vita

This Father’s Day, La Dolce Vita offers a “Steak, Scotch, & a Sports Car” experience, with a 2005 Ford GT stationed outside of the restaurant, an 8oz. Grilled Wagyu Ribeye, and a flight of four whiskeys. Three of the whiskeys hail from Scotch producing regions in Scotland, and the fourth is a modern expression from America’s Westland Distillery. The exclusive Father’s Day menu is available for $80 (excluding tax and gratuity) alongside the regular dinner menu. The “Steak, Scotch, & a Sports Car” offering nods to the Concours d’Elegance car show taking place on Father’s Day a few short blocks from the restaurant in Beverly Hills, and to the 84th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which takes place on the same day. This year’s race marks the 50th anniversary of the 1966 win, when the Ford GT 40 took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. To extend the car-centric festivities, La Dolce Vita owner, Alessandro Uzielli (Grandson of Henry Ford II), showcases his 2005 Ford GT in front of the restaurant in honor of the 50th anniversary of Ford’s win at Le Mans* in conjunction with the restaurant’s 50th birthday.
