Tony Abou-Ganim is best known as “The Modern Mixologist” and he is considered one of the pioneers and leading bar professionals in the world. He has demonstrated his immense cocktail making skills while appearing on the TODAY show, Good Morning America, Iron Chef, CNBC and more. Abou-Ganim is the author of the bestselling book, The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails, which provides readers with an in-depth look into all the popular spirits and fresh ingredients available to today’s mixologist, both professional and amateur. In 2013 he released his second book, Vodka Distilled along with a signature branded line of Modern Mixologist bar tools, which will have you serving up creative cocktails like a pro in your very own home. Best Aspect of Las Vegas:  Variety, I can be riding my bike through Red Rock Canyon in the morning, motorcycle ride to Mount Charleston in the afternoon, cocktails downtown at Oak & Ivy, dinner at Chef Shawn McClain’s Sage restaurant inside Aria, and a nightcap on the rooftop of my condo at VEER Towers
