1 Royal Bay Residence on Palm Jumeirah

2 The North Deck at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

The world’s most opulent all-suite hotel, Dubai’s sail-shaped Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, is bringing an expansive outdoor luxury leisure concept, called ‘North Deck’, to the market. The North Deck unveils a global first in hotel construction with a break-through combination of creative marine design, ingenious engineering in a luxury setting. The 10,000m 2 private luxury deck will fan 100 metres out into the Arabian Gulf and accommodate 32 cabanas, 400 sun loungers, one fresh water pool measuring 612m 2 and one salt water pool measuring 828m 2 , one restaurant and a bar.

3 Dubai Eye Ferris Wheel

Dubai Eye is set to be the world’s largest ferris wheel and will stand almost 250 feet taller than the London Eye. It is estimated that more than three million visitors per year will make their way to visit the 690 foot stunner. The Dubai Eye will be able to carry more than 1400 passengers and will offer a stunning view of Dubai.

4 Dubai Frame

Predicted to become a prime tourist destination in Dubai, the Dubai Frame in Zabeel Park, comprises a 150 meter-high, 93 meter-wide structure resembling a massive photo frame that highlights Dubai landmarks. It's complete with a walkway created entirely of glass. Visitors can follow a path detailing the history of Dubai using modern technology prior to embarking on a panoramic elevator that delivers guests to the peak of the frame and affords them breathtaking views of Dubai.

5 Dubai Opera House

The stunning centerpiece of the most prestigious square in the world shines the Dubai Opera House. Dubai Opera is the radiant centre of culture and arts in Dubai and the shining pearl of The Opera District. The Dubai Opera House has been designed to enhance and support theatre, concert performances and events and exhibitions. He said further announcements will be made with the venue expecting to host more than 200 concerts in the next 12 months, including rock and pop household names to be revealed in May. The Dubai Opera House seats 2,000 guests and is anticipating sell-out events that include Plácido Domingo, 'Mozart Gala' and 'Postcards from Vienna' by Vienna Concert Verein. The Opera House is located in what will be the center of the Opera District in Downtown Dubai, which is on pace to become the cultural mecca of the UAE.
