The Mandarin Bar inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel offers an eye-catching and chill ambiance with cool cocktails to take you from sunset to prime-time on The Strip. Take the elevator to the 23rd floor and immerse yourself in the chic modern décor that Mandarin Bar is known for. The three walls of floor to ceiling windows that serve up gorgeous views of Sin City and beyond will take your breath away as you sip on your libation of choice. Take note of The Mandarin Martini (also known as The Golden Leaf), which offers Hendricks Aperol, muddled mandarin, pineapple, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. This delicious and refreshing martini will get you ready for the wild evening that is sure to follow. If a martini doesn’t quite fit your profile, try the spicy yet sweet Cucumber & Cilantro Margarita, which combines Milagro Reposado, cilantro, cucumber, agave nectar, egg white and lime. 2 The Juice Standard at The Cosmopolitan

To Las Vegas locals, The Juice Standard has been a go-to spot for fresh organic juice since 2014. Founders and best friends Jamie Stephenson and Marcela Williams finally decided it was time to take their concept to The Strip by offering the same healthy juice blends, but with a twist – booze. Head to the second floor of the Cosmopolitan, right next to the Chandelier Bar, and you’ll notice The Juice Standard’s lovely and vibrant juice bar, complemented with friendly and helpful staff (samples are definitely encouraged too). Bring out your spicy side with the mouth-watering Spice of Life cocktail that includes their cleansing Bee Vibrant blend of alkaline water, lemon, agave and cayenne mixed with tequila and ginger beer. Feeling more royal instead? Enjoy the Queen (or King) For A Day, which is doused with the delicious Bee Royal juice that includes apple, lemon, extra ginger and an appealing apple brandy with ginger beer. Afterwards, hydrate and revitalize your senses with one of the famous cold pressed green juices and you’ll be ready to take on a night of dancing and debauchery down the way at Marquee Nightclub!
