Legendary restauranteur and acclaimed author, Frank Pellegrino Jr. of The Rao Restaurant Group knows a good thing when he sees it. Having made his name starting the popular Southern Italian restaurant, Rao’s in Harlem, New York, the man who is affectionately known as, “Frankie,” to his regulars is a true tastemaker. In 2006, Pellegrino Jr. moved to Las Vegas to open Rao’s at Caesars Palace, which has racked up the awards from top food critics and universal praise from its patrons.
