If there’s one meal that really gets you excited during a weekend getaway in Las Vegas, it has to be savoring a decadent Sin City brunch. A lot of the top restaurants in town have introduced some impressive brunch menus to choose from over the last year and now 2016 is starting off with chef Brian Massie’s popular Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar serving up a fantastic weekend brunch in their signature style.

Located inside the Red Rock Casino, Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar has become a local favorite for their homemade gourmet dishes and comfortably rustic atmosphere. Chef Massie prides himself on only sourcing only the finest ingredients and his new brunch menu is sure to appeal to anyone ready for a first-class feast. The menu spans the spectrum of your favorite breakfast dishes, that all have Massie’s gourmet touch which really takes them to another level. Case in point, there is a whole section devoted strictly to eggs benedict, where you can choose from the California style, which includes avocado and succulent rotisserie chicken, or a huevos rancheros version, which comes topped with a spicy red chili sauce, cojita cheese and roasted jalapeño sour cream. If that’s too much to handle, you can opt for the egg white omelette which comes with grilled broccoli, spinach, oven roasted tomatoes, plus a side of fresh fruit. On the sweeter side of things, the duck confit and waffles combo is a standout as is the salted caramel french toast, which is closer to a sticky bun it’s so dense and rich. Health nuts, fear not because there is a section for you too. The coconut cream and fresh seasonal fruit parfait is light and refreshing. The harvest quinoa salad  comes with chickpeas, apple, gouda pumpkin seeds for something more filling. If you’re looking to go more on the lunch side of things, there are some prime sandwiches and pizza option that you can pick from. These seemingly simple dishes like the fried chicken sandwich, french dip or signature burger are all gourmet versions and will have you smiling in satisfaction with every bite.

But what is a weekend brunch in Sin City without some strong libations to go along with all the feasting? Hearthstone’s liquid brunch options include a tableside Bloody Mary cart, where you can build your own cocktails with your choice of mixes and garnishes to perfect your desired flavor. You can really live it up when you decide to have some “Bubbles for Breakfast,” which pairs crisp champagne, with fresh fruit and a dozen oysters. No matter what menu selections you ultimately decide on, you’re guaranteed to have a brunch that will have you coming back for more.

The next time you’re ready to really brunch hard in Las Vegas, why not indulge in the Sin City’s newest decadent menu at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar.
