While STK has made its name by being one of the most acclaimed steakhouses in Sin City, it recently introduced its new Sunday Brunch Club, providing you with another enticing option for daytime debauchery on the weekends. Every Sunday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., you can live the high life while creating your own libations from the bottomless Bloody Mary bar, while devouring dishes from the decadent menu that comes from the creative mind of chef Stephen Hopcraft.
STK turns its fine-dining room into a party-fueled atmosphere that features live entertainment from singer Christina Amato, who performs rousing renditions of today’s biggest hits, plus special in-house DJs like Sisqó—you read that right. While not quite the wild affair that Ghostbar’s GBDC has become known for, this soiree will appeal to a slightly more sophisticated crowd, one who wants to have some really good brunch to pair with all the day drinking. The brunch service kicks off with complimentary Monkey Bread, which is dubbed STKy Bread and served by beautiful hosts who come fully decked out in their finest pajamas. One of everybody’s favorite Sunday brunch options is the Eggs Benedict, but STK gives it a playful twist with the rich and flavorful, Pork Belly Benedict, which comes served on bao bun with yuzu hollandaise sauce. Fans of STK’s famous steaks will want to try the STK n’ L’Eggs, where a mouth-watering 12-ounce ribeye is paired with fresh eggs in any style you desire. We also recommend the Shirt Rib Hash, King Crab Quiche and Lil’ BRG’s, which are tasty wagyu beef sliders with special sauce. For those craving something sweet, check out the Vanilla Bean Waffle with seasonal berries and fresh creme, the chef’s selection of homemade donuts or giant cinnamon roll.
The aforementioned bottomless Bloody Mary bar has already proven to be a big hit with attendees. Not only do you get to make your own concoctions, but also the garnishes are jaw-dropping. Choose from skewers of blue cheese-stuffed olives, sharp cheddar, thick-cut bacon strips and don’t forget a dash of Worcestershire sauce to top things off nicely. Should you want something different to sip on, there are top-shelf mimosas and specialty cocktails to pick from as well.
After spending a Sunday afternoon indulging in all the gourmet decadence and fun debauchery at the STK Sunday Brunch Club, you’ll want to start making it a weekly ritual.
