Set in the heart of posh Palm Beach, PGA National Resort & Spa — home of the famed Champion Course, and host of the ever-popular PGA TOUR Honda Classic — is the choice destination of golf legends across the globe. But with its elegant resort, world-class spa, unbeatable views, and signature restaurant, The Wine Spectator Award-winning Ironwood Steak & Seafood, golf isn’t the only reason they go there. And now, avid fans of the resort will be pleased to know that it has a new place for them to wine and dine the night away: iDECK, a cool new outdoor dining concept with all the casual charms, delectable cuisine and near-perfect views that PGA National Resort & Spa has become known for.
Linked to the property’s signature restaurant, iDECK sits on a 2,000 square-foot terrace, with sweeping views of the resort’s lush grounds, idyllic pool and serene lake. Pairing the enchantments of its natural surroundings with the delicious flavors of contemporary American cuisine, iDECK boasts a tasty menu of Black Angus beef, local seafood, steaks perfectly cooked in a Vulcan 1800 broiler, a fresh raw bar and a wine list of over 250 vintages; some of which are produced by PGA TOUR legends Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Ernie Els, Nick Faldo and Luke Donald.
“iDECK is such an exciting addition,” says Executive Chef Sean McKee. “Now it feels like a truly complete dining experience — at PGA National Resort & Spa, guests can enjoy dining at one spot, grabbing a drink at another, listening to live piano at yet another, or taking the fun to our new stunning iDECK. It’s quite unique.”
So after a long (fabulous) day of golfing and pampering, grab cocktails at iBAR, listen to live music at iClub Piano Bar, and top it off with al fresco dining at iDECK in between. The result? A delicious evening in Palm Beach paradise you’ll be begging to enjoy over and over again.
iDECK is located at PGA National Resort & Spa, at 400 Avenue of the Champions. iDECK is open from 5 to 10 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 5 to 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
