There is no doubt that real estate in Miami Beach is having a moment. Records are being broken every day including one for Pinetree Drive at nearly $20 million. The $19.5 million sale was completed by Brett Harris, the Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman on a modern waterfront home at 4395 Pine Tree Drive designed by Domo Architecture & Design.
The home was developed by Todd Michael Glaser and the Posner Group, who say they “paid close attention to detail and built the perfect family home at the right price point.” There is definitely space for a family with 11,500 square feet and a 40,000 square foot lot that runs close to an acre.
The new buyers haven’t been revealed yet, but they demanded a fast closing to be able to move in for the holidays. Some of the amenities they will be enjoying include a floating fire wall, custom oak flooring, a media room, a 1000-bottle wine vault. There is also an outdoor pavilion that boasts a massage room and gym and spa close to the water front, which is 100 feet long. The price works out to under $2,000 a square foot, well below the $4,000 per square foot that many luxury condominiums are fetching.
The neighborhood is close to everything and located just north of 41st Street, a popular commercial street, and just across the water from the famous Fontainebleau. Take a look inside this fabulous modern home by one of Miami’s most well-known modern developers, Todd Michael Glaser along with The Posner Group.
