Park Jam Snowboard Competition


Real snow will be filling the famous Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas this Saturday for the annual Park Jam Snowboard Competition! Zappos is behind this impressive display, where 25 talented riders will show off their best tricks on a massive 30-foot tall rail structure for the chance to take hone the $5,000 grand-prize. The event is completely free and the day kicks off with a brunch from 11am-4pm, before the main competition begins at 7:30pm. Mesquite Balloon Festival


This weekend is the annual Mesquite Hit Air Balloon Festival, which is located about an hour outside of Las Vegas. The event started in 2012 and each year has treated attendees to a breath-taking display of beautiful hot air balloons filling the sky. It’s always fun to take a little day trip when in Vegas and this is an experience you will never forget. Plus, you’ll come away with some incredible photos to take back home as a souvenir from your Sin City adventure.

Reflection Eternal: Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek at Brooklyn Bowl


Two of the most iconic names in hip-hop are coming together for their first tour together in over five years.
