Acclaimed restauranteur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning chef Kim Canteenwalla, are two prominent figures in the culinary industry. Blau started her Blau + Associates firm in 2002 to create world-class hospitality experiences, notably opening a series of successful restaurants here in Las Vegas among other major markets. In 2012, the duo opened Honey Salt, their first independent restaurant venture, which has become one of the most popular restaurants in Las Vegas. In March 2015, they opened their second fine-dining establishment, Andiron Steak & Sea, to rave reviews from top food critics and locals alike.
