Not many people would choose to use a date night to shop for appliances but for those of us who lust over La Marzocco espresso machines and long for a Maison La Cornue Grand Palais 180 to be nestled in our kitchen, Pirch NorthPark is potentially the biggest aphrodisiac ever.

With 32,000 square feet of high end, luxury appliances and fittings for every room in your home there is more than enough to look at, touch, and drool over. The store offers premium lifestyle products from ultra-elegant decorative plumbing to laundry appliances. Think of it as the most glorious Lowes or Home Depot that you can possibly imagine and you still won’t have a realistic idea of just how fabulous Pirch is. Their mission statement?

To make every moment count.

This company is serious about both customer service and customer satisfaction. They  invite you to try out everything before you buy it. Wondering how that Graff Aqua-Sense shower is going to feel? Wonder no more, bring a bathing suit and you can literally try the showers out right at the store. Perhaps you’d prefer to check out the various appliances in the kitchen area. They’re that serious!

If you feel yourself running out of energy a quick stop at one of the barista stations will give you the caffeine you need to keep going. The store’s Bliss Cafe serves coffee, Earl Grey, hot chocolate, freshly squeezed Meyer lemon lemonade, and lemon cucumber water.

There are free cooking demos on weekdays but that’s not all. On Saturdays a member of the PIRCH culinary team gathers fresh product and meat from Farmer’s Market and then you’ll help create a dish from those fresh ingredients in the cooking class. On Sundays this month they are celebrating “The Road to the Big Game”. You’ll learn to make mouthwatering dishes for your football party. For either of these you’ll need to stop by the showroom to RSVP.

Having an event? They have a room for that and if that’s not big enough they’ll close off the whole store for your private party.  No worries, there’s a full service kitchen in the back for your caterers. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a store that shared a corridor with Neiman Marcus.  In fact, we’ve been told that the Dallas Pirch is the largest store to date and we believe it.
