Winter day parties that incorporate brunch are all the rage in Las Vegas right now. CRUSH at MGM Grand recently introduced a decadent new brunch service party on Fridays that provides you with another fine-dining destination on the Strip to really start your Vegas weekend off right.

CRUSH debuted at MGM Grand in 2013 from Michael and Jenna Morton, with the aim to satisfy both the gourmet foodie and the casual dinner. The dining atmosphere is a mixture of both modern and rustic design aesthetics, which gets particularly decked out for the new Friday brunch service. The traditional menu options are readily available, but CRUSH also offers up extra fun dishes like Snickers pancakes served with strawberry compote and sweet cream, a succulent short rib hash, cheesy eggs with piquillo peppers, and our personal favorite, Bananas Foster French toast. If you’re craving something more on the lunch side of brunch, there are a wide assortment of delicious wood-fired pizzas and stacked sandwiches to pick from. We caution that you will absolutely want to save room for dessert so you can feast on dishes like the Sweet Elvis, which is a peanut butter flatbread topped with bananas and bacon. We’re also stamping the indulgent Chocolate Makeout dish, which includes warm chocolate fondant, cookies and cream ice cream, chocolate sauce and caramelia pearls.

When it comes to the drinks, the CRUSH cocktails are potent and expertly mixed. The popular Fancy Tease, features Seagram’s sweet tea peach vodka, fresh lemon juice, mint leaves and a splash of Prosecco to make for a refreshing way to start the day. We’re also big fans of CRUSH’s spiked cider and Enamorado cocktail, which pairs Casamigos tequila with a fresh blood orange puree. If you really want to go big at the CRUSH brunch, there are VIP bottle services starting at $375 which includes rosè, champagne and premium vodka. Craving more booze? You can also opt for a six-liter bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé, 10 bottles of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, five 1.75 liter bottles of Absolut Elyx and two bottles of Avión 44. One bottle is special delivered by way of a drone during a particularly impressive bottle service presentation featuring music and lights. No matter what you like to drink, chances are CRUSH has a specially prepared cocktail just waiting for you to savor with your brunch.

When you’re ready to really start your Sin City weekend off on a high note, the new Crush brunch party on Friday afternoons at the MGM Grand has everything you could possibly want and then some.
