•Assorted macarons from Payard Patisserie & Bistro, creations of acclaimed pastry chef and master chocolatier Francois Payard
•Lobster Mac & Cheese from New York City’s iconic Old Homestead Steakhouse
•Rao’s famed Chicken Scarpariello with hot and sweet cherry peppers, yellow and red bell peppers, oregano and white wine sauce
For those looking to experience something even more decadent, whole poached lobster can be purchased for an additional $150. The meal includes immediate seating and the choice of a glass of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Rosè or Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut.
Sasanian Imperial Caviar can also be purchased at Bacchanal for an additional $150. Guests looking for an extravagant luxurious experience can purchase the Caviar Dreams package, which includes Sasanian Imperial Caviar and accoutrements, one bottle of Dom Perignon and immediate seating. The package is priced at $500 for 2 people or $650 for 4 people.
All of these specialty items are made daily by a team of experienced chefs who oversee the preparation and execution of dishes in Bacchanal Buffet’s nine distinct interactive kitchens.
